Almond Orange biscuits with chocolate filling
1 1/2 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
3 large egg yolks
3/4 teaspoon baking powder
3 cups purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 1/2 teaspoons grated orange peel
1 cup ground toasted almonds
Chocolate cream filling (recipe follows)

In large Filling Mixer bowl, combine butter, sugar, vanilla, and egg yolk and beat until creamy.

In a bowl, combine the baking powder, flour, and salt. Slowly add the flour mixture egg mixture, stir. Stir orange peel. Close the lid and relax for an hour, until the dough is very easy to handle.

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

2 tablespoons butter
1/2 teaspoon vanilla

In a small saucepan, combine the sugar, cocoa powder and flour. Slowly stir in whipping or heavy cream. Low heat the mixture to boiling, stirring constantly. Stir small amount of hot mixture, then beaten egg yolks, stir the egg mixture into the chocolate mixture. Cook for one minute while stirring constantly. Remove the hot chocolate, stirring until the butter melted butter and vanilla Filling Mixer is smooth. Refrigerate until ready to use.

* You can use 1/2 cup Splenda granules, reduce sugar. Your filling will be just as good, and no one would know, if you do not tell.
