The hard thing is to make pizza batter. The batter is actually very easy. Just whisk together dry and wet ingredients separately, then stirred together – wet to dry.
The finished batter should be quite runny nose, it does need to participate in at least 15-20 minutes before you can use it the flour hydrate correctly.
